I am a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. My approach is tailored to each patient’s individual needs and preferences. 

I am a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Medical School, and I trained in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco. I am board certified both in General (Adult) Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  I am a physician, but I have also completed advanced training in psychotherapy, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, mentalization-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.  In addition, I have been strongly influenced by mindfulness traditions and my own mindfulness practice. 

I am an in-network provider for major Regence and Premera insurance plans.  My apologies, but I am not currently in-network for any other insurance plans.
